Not as big a deal as pericardial effusion.

Needs to get REALLY big or chit lungs and moderate sized to really matter.

Plus they're simpler to drain if it is an issue. Hell, we stick a drain with a stopcock in patients that get them frequently (typically bad chf or cancers) and they literally open a valve and drain themselves at home.

Good Lord do I love fried SPAM. Used to take it to the field all the time. Now they have so many flavors, a fella could just live on it!
