Something tells me .... 10,000 would be more appropriate. Once TW starts talking about poop the chit hits the fan.

Thanks Ron. I appreciate the concern.

Exhausted right now. Busy day. Of course I can’t drive or even ride in the front seat (airbags). So I took advantage of my daughters day off and had her drive me around.

Went to dentist to drop off new treatment protocols. Then went to bank. Then went to Apple store to buy watch to track activity, heart rate, afib alert and ekg. As an aside my cardiologist says the ekg is “beautiful” and every bit as accurate as the hospitals.

All that involved walking moderate distances to and from car. Then on the way home I took my daughter out for sushi. I faded halfway down though that. I did too much.

Got home at 3 pm. Slept until 7 then ate and am still wiped out.

I’m ok but over did it. It didn’t sound like much though.

And I haven’t pooped in over 36 hours for those keeping track.

Good Deal Teedub! Glad you're up and moving. That will help get things moving if you get my drift.

Thinking of getting a tattoo for my new scar. Not seriously but sort of. Thought about having Kody and Louie jumping out of my chest, or a chainsaw cutting in. I mentioned maybe just making it in to a T but one of my daughters asked if it was for tard. I guess the sympathy is over.
