Missed my am meds including bp and heart rhythm meds yesterday. Fell asleep and forgot until time for the pm meds. Kind of through me off. Felt ****.

Better today. And increased my walk to 1.1 mi.

And I pooped.

I’m afraid someone is gonna call the cops on me. I walk really slow, a little hunched over, in my pjs, with my hands often in my pockets. It’s sort of creepy.

Not after open heart. Pushing hurts. You just need to slightly push then relax hoping for the best. Senna is my friend.

His was easier since they could just go in where his legs used to be.

Haven’t had a drink since 11/1 and won’t be able to until at least 1/16. My first beer and scotch will be heavenly.

Go ahead and let your d*ck hang out. If the cops come, just act confused. They'll feel sorry for you and give you a ride back home. or beat you with a night stick. Either way? FUN!

The problem is I can rock out with my **** out and no one seems to notice. As for the cops I’ve been told more than once the real crime is how small it is.

And potentially stimulate the ole nervous system. I knew a guy that had the oddest "reaction" from getting tased or hit with a stun gun. Made training awkward at times.

Might be something to look into. Whistle

Yesterday morning I felt fine and walked a mile. A few hours later I was showering and getting ready for an outing when I got really dizzy. My bp was 81/55 and I was in afib for about an hour. Felt like crap the rest of the day. I still do.

I'm in the Metoprolol club too - AFIB is pretty scary but I haven't experienced an attack since I started the med.
