This is for the Trump supporters here. How do you justify Trumps lie about COVID19 to every American? He knew how deadly it is and has lied about it so many times I have lost count. I'm not interested in deflection, or raising other issues. I would like direct comment on my question.

I also assume anyone who said you don't need a mask was likely stockpiling masks and anyone saying asymptomatic people don't spread it were probably worried about their food supply coming to a halt...

Nixon was decent enough to leave us a dumb but extremely honorable Gerald Ford
Ford and Carter were likely the only two Prez's in my lifetime to actually have lived clean lives...and both were ineffective.

on the opposite end of the spectrum though...

Trump will ruin anyone he can, that's why GOP peeps say nothing. Can you imagine being Cruz and keeping your mouth shut after hearing Trump say your father was in on the assassination of JFK? Something has them all so scared they don't even bother having a GOP platform anymore.

Trump has decades of people crushing on his resume. Everyone wanted an outsider, but they didn't consider a strong arm type.

your own example of cruz is a prime example... could it be fear? sure... it could be unicorn farts and leprechaun testicles... but the most obvious answer is also likely the correct one... turning against the leader of your team, no matter who it is, only helps the other team... the team you hate...

He down played the risk while shutting down travel from the source under reproach from pelosi who down played it severely by telling people to go to Chinatown. Biden said the travel ban was racist while downplaying it by continuing to assemble rallies. So Trump's down playing was coupled with a serious alarm. The dem's downplaying was just murderous for politics sake.

Cuomo stuffed retirement homes with china virus patients when he could've used the facilities Trump provided.

I don’t it didn’t change how COVID was being attacked or how people were being told to behave in respect to PPE or good hygiene practices.

Obvithe biggest problem is people weren’t helping ruin the economy enough before an election and if they had only not social distanced at a BLM Daly we’d all be ok.

Fake news, and when we expose the sources and trust me there are plenty of them it’s gonna be yuge, I can’t even explain how yuge it’s gonna be. Your mind will be blown, so many of them trust me, I can’t tell you now, but soon. It’s all a conspiracy.... the Clinton’s are involved, but I can’t go into detail on that right now , there will be and investigation. Hopefully the sources done get knocked off before the trail. Where was all this "I'm afraid of my shadow" with H1N1? What was the official government response to that? Where's the vaccine? I'm pretty sure all resources were depleted for the incoming administration because the last one was having a beer summit, golfing or getting his wife fixed for a new jock supporter.

I firmly believe that this administration's approach to the pandemic was accurate and above what anyone else would've done based on what they did/didn't do. As for the "Rage" hit piece by Bob Woodward, WTF did anyone with a functioning IQ above 48 think he was going to do with it? A Michael Moore response is forthcoming. Don Lemon will talk for weeks about it. Fredo's little brother will most likely go back into self-quarantine.

I have no way of knowing what Cuomo knew as there is no absolute information that he knew how bad it is. Perhaps you could inform me where you found absolute information that he did, such a a tape or a public statement. BTW you still haven't answered my question.

Sorry Opel, when there are known facts I tend to follow them to what I think is a logical conclusion.

Follow the dates... Trump's & Fauci's statements. they aren't much different. Was trump speaking about conditions in Wuhan..?? possibly.. Did he expect the United States to ever get in that condition..?? Of course not... but all the Monday morning quarterbacks, including Biden who failed on H1N1, seerm to think Trump should be able to predict the future... Mellow
