How is that cigar by the way?
How would you compare it to Saka’s other offerings (assuming you have tried the Sobremesa or Mi Querida, etc)
“Reads” like a strong cigar…

Love it, definitely a full bodied stick. My palet isn't super refined but I do get some black coffee and dark chocolate. Maybe a little floral too. I can't remember when I pick up this box but a guess would be around 4 mo ths ago. Smoked one the day I received, and this is my second. I liked ot then love it now can't wait to see what it becomes. The only other Saka I've had is the Umbagog which I liked also but this is another lvl. I'm hoping to soon to get some others to try. My only regret is only getting this vitola and not the "porterhouse" one as well

When I started I wasn't a big fan of AF stuff but it's starting to grow on me and this one has aged very well. Thanks Palama.

81312 Polpetta something maybe? That's all the band says. Not gonna look it up until I've written my thoughts. Got in darklord trade. Never heard of or seen this cigar before.

Rough looking little cigar, half corona size, dark brown/reddish toothy wrapper with visible seams and a few prominent veins.

Gotta get to bed but wanted to squeeze one more in today. First light minimal pepper, coarse leathery earthy. Couple puffs in and pepper comes on the retro. Finish is very earthy/dirty my money's on MSA in this lil guy. There's all sorts of flavors going on in here. Coffee, dark chocolate, burned meat, dirt, wood, dark fruit, dust. There's a slight sweetness at the end like burnt sugar.

It's not a familiar profile, cant guess where it's from but overall I think like it. It's burning really slowly for how small it is. Was hoping to be in bed by now but I'm not even halfway.

Halfway point it's more of the same. All the different things but they play together nicely enough to enjoy it. Nothing great nothing bad. Wonder if this is like one of those lost n found type deals rolled as a testbed and not put into production then packaged and banded as some short run limited release bullchit. I feel like with some reduction in the bitterness, mineral/salt this would really be great. It's not balanced, it's very much in your face powerful flavors like a Cain F but more complex.

I'm running out of time and it still has some life left in it but since it's not really wowing me I think ill put it down. I'd pay $20 for a fiver of these, but I suspect it's more than that. Reminds me a lot of the now discontinued MUWAT Baitfish

Edit: looked it up, it's DTTs version of Papas Fritas. Sakas trimmings. Makes sense now.

81313: Nic Cream Toro Thanks to Jake The Snake, I’d been asking about these and Jake sent me some to try. Thanks Jake. Nice knock around Habano sandwich
81314: AB Tempus Maduro peppery, sweet, fruity and floral. I wonder how this San Andres wrapper will improve with a few months rest. Enjoyed it.

Glad you liked the Tuxtla T110, Danm. I like the Avion Tuxtla even better but rarely have time for a cigar that size. The Tuxtla Lomo de Cerdo is even better than the Avion.

81314 Espinosa Knuckle Sandwich Chef's Edition c/o Leebot. I love the regular Knuckle Sandwich and this is like my amps now go up to eleven. Thanks Lee, you are too generous!

Mellow, smooth buttery smoke, slightly leathery and earthy, I think I caught a small bit of anise in this stick. Anise is not a flavor that I enjoy but this cigar was sweet, somewhat herbal and enjoyable.

81327 Warped la Hacienda from darklord trade. I've had one or two before but don't recall liking them that much. But I've been loving corojos lately so I thought it was a great time to try again with an open mind maybe I'll like it today. I was riding the pepin train hard last time I had one.

I was right. It's doing the things for me. If it were unbanded I would question if it were cuban. It has a lot of those flavors.

A brief read on them says it's all Aganorsa tobacco. I need to explore this angle. I've not had many but it seems when I see that name, I enjoy the cigar in a different way from other cigars I enjoy. Can't explain further, it's just an I know it when I see it thing.

Started off a bit astringent but by the time the ash fell it had the creamy mouthfeel I love so much. Deep rich earthiness, not like a MSA gritty dirt but an earthy tone from a good CC. Slight citrus, sweet nuts, vanilla, dried fruity finish. I suspect it has some age on it. Went back to the trash can where I tossed the cello, it is slightly yellowed and considering the wrapper is fairly light and dry its safe to bet its aged some. I need more of these. Gives eiroa corojo a run for their money.

Very very slow burn or I'm just savoring it. Hour in and just coming up on halfway in this corona size. I went in fully expecting to be disappointed. My memory of these was dry, dusty, tannins, thin bodied. Maybe it's age maybe it's changing preferences maybe it's circumstantial but this was a fantastic cigar.

I've been on the fence about getting a 5er or even a box of these for a while now. You made up my mind for sure. I really need to get into these dunbarton some more. Only ever had the Red Meat and Umbagog, liked both, gotta find more
