I have frequently "overpaid" for hard-to-find cigars. I have 2 PAM 1926 in my humi that I paid over $20 each for. I may never smoke them, who knows, but they sure look pretty in my humi. I am not even a huge Padron fan. I have bought Anejos, FOXX Power Rangers, WOAM, 858 SGs, etc., when I stumbled on them, and I am a small collector compared to many on this board. Most cigar smokers never even see these cigars. I know some people who "overpaid" for the Hemi Classic SGs, bigtime. Try to get one away from them. 99% of cigar smokers will never even see someone else smoking one. Including me, dammit.
If you have some money handy when any of the rare ones are in stock, I say pop for a few. They won't be there the next time you go back, or the time after that. Put them away and come back to them when you and they are ready.
