Take my advice, Electromeo
A lot of these guess have recommended very full-bodied cigars, such as the La Gloria Cubana Serie R or the Padron Maduro.
For right now, stay away from these, especially if you're new to tobacco in general. The full-bodied ones will give you the shakes and might even make you sick if you haven't really smoked before.
Macanudo is a good, mild cigar that I see you already like (though a lot of folks around here bash it). You said you like CAO, but which CAO line? The CAO Gold line is probably best for you right now, since its mild.
If you can find anything with a green-colored Candela or Double Claro wrapper, smoke them. I know Arturo Fuente makes some candelas, as does Astral and Don Tomas, but they're hard to find, so look around. Try to stick with cigars with Natural wrappers right now (light brown colored), when you build up your tolerance, go for the Maduro and Oscuro (which are dark brown or black), which are really taste but heavy.
Here's a good cigar regimen for you, assuming you smoke a cigar everyday or every other day. If you smoke less than that, then allow more time to get adjusted. Try these cigars first, then start trying more full-bodied blends, until you're able to handle the most full-bodied cigars out there.
First Months, Mild to Medium: Baccarat (most cigar novices love their sweet taste), Excalibur, Macanudo, Ashton regular line or Cabinet, Dunhill, Nat Sherman Host Selection (green label), Don Diego, Romeo y Julieta, Romeo y Julieta Vintage, Montecristo, CAO Gold, La Aurora, Fonseca, Astral, Don Tomas
After 2-3 Months, Medium to Full: Romeo y Julieta Reserve Maduro, Montecristo Serie V, Oliva, Arturo Fuente, Partagas, H. Upmann, Punch Grand Cru, La Gloria Cubana, OpusX, New York, Indian Tabac, Avo, Zino, CAO Maduro, Puros Indios, Perdomo, Nat Sherman, Carlos Torano, Fonseca, Hoyo de Monterrey, El Rey del Mundo, La Perla Habana, Onyx
After 4 Months, Full-Bodied: Punch, Punch Gran Puro, La Gloria Cubana Serie R, Padron Maduro, Gurkha, Padron Anniversary Maduro, Griffin's, Te-Amo, Red Dot Cohiba, Fuente 8-5-8 Sungrown, CAO Brazilia, CAO Criollo, Excalibur 1066, Sancho Panza
But don't just take my word for it, experiment! If you think you can tackle a full-bodied cigar early on, then go for it! Some people can handle full-bodied right away, you just have to see what works well for you.
