The wife comes home and says we need baby food for the baby. I grab the oldest boy (3) and head to Publix...
It is raining, and some dipshiat has his car parked right in front of the store, forcing all the cars to move around it with the people coming in and out of the store.
I turn and find a spot right in front.
In we go, spend 15 minutes picking up baby food and other stuff, wait in line, come out, and the car is still there!
I get back to the car, start strapping my son in his seat and I see the car owners are back out... So I say a few comments to him..
Nice Parking job..
Your car has been there for 15 minutes..
I am sure all the pedestrians and cars dodging each other in front of the store appreciate it as well...
I know it's raining, but park normal and use an umbrella....
I never cussed, but I was definitely pissed.
So I finish strapping in, jump in, shut the door, look in the mirror, and see the dude shoving something in his pants wasteband behind his back and moving towards me.
Thought 1 : GUN, run him over.
Thought 2 : Get out of the car and meet him.
(I had to back out, and he was 30' from me).
Well, because my son was with me, I just rolled the window down, gave him a stern but respectful reprimand as to why I was upset, and nothing happened.
Am I wrong for being confrontational in the first place?
I guess I am upset with myself because I did that with one of my boys with me. Then again, maybe he saved me from getting shot..
