I'm feeling helpful today, so let me try to help you :) Lars, for the most part, are overpriced, bundle cigars dipped in patchouli. ACID is a real cigar that is similar in smell to the Lars, but a superior cigar. The ACID is made, ground up, by Drew Estate and is ACTUALLY a real cigar (despite what others may say), the only difference being that the ACID tobacco has had it's flavoring added/infused, during the fermentation process. Since you're new to the world of cigars, I suggest you go to cigaraficionado.com and read the "Cigars 101" section or go to cigarnexus.com for info, then smoke the cheap stuff you find on auction here at cigarbid so you can build your palate, then step up to the Opus X and beyond. Hope that helps :) (BTW, Cohiba Red Dot is NOT a good cigar (it has great construction, but is WAY overpriced), it's a poseur cigar for those who think, "Oh, Cuban Cohibas are good, that must mean these Red Dots are just as good. Let me drop $20 on this cigar because this is probably as close to a Cuban Cohiba as I'm gonna get." take care.
