If Israel is all that and the chosen ones etc. shouldn't god give them some sort of blue print for a radiation proof arc or somethin?

Ummm...I think they spent 40 years wandering around in the desert. If God couldn't give them a map...I sure as hell don't think they're getting blueprints!!!!
