I see now. You misunderstand what the treaty in question actually says! It doesn't say you must deport the individual, they don't have immunity. They should only be allowed access to their embassies counsel.

I hope that settles everything for you.

Just jumping ahead to what you know, the only thing that could have be done for this to be avoided... dude has all evidence that points to him doing the crime... and they are saying that he wasn't given the chance to be represented correctly? This is nit picky! Are they claiming an unfair trial? What if the dude got his own representation, thus giving up his right to counsel with a counselor of Mexico? Nationals can do that.... Also, did the National do all that he should have done to insure he was here legally? Was he? Did he seek counsel to assure that?

So, they just need to hush and follow the Article of it that says that they must respect all laws of the State...

I'll take a shot at it.

You spent a few years in college.
You spent a limited number of years in the workforce.
You got forced out of the workforce.
You've spent many years out of the workforce ever since.

This is a different life experience than many here and affects beliefs greatly. I suspect this would have a much greater influence on beliefs than just some religious friction issues with daddy.

I can't express how grateful I am for your analysis. It is great comfort that I can go to someone who knows so much about me, my life and how each life experience has impacted me and with what emphasis.

I am off to a local B&M to smoke a few where I will contemplate your wisdom more thoroughly.

Forever yours.

All I can do is quote Metallica "Kill 'em All"

Time to kick the U.N. off U.S soil
Time to leave NATO
Time to stop borrowing from China and then giving those $ to 2/3 of the world as economic/military aid

Time to execute ALL death row inmates and free up more prison space

I'm going to make a mental note not to rape or murder anyone in Mexico due to the fact that I might be denied access to my consulate in violation of international law.

See the movie Machete with Robert DeNiro & Lindsay Lohan! It'll open your eyes to the injustices perpetrated on illegals, er undocumented workers by evil gringos much as "Mandingo, the true story of the South" enlightened millions on how the cream of African society was forced into slavery!!!Woot

Who cares what the rest the world thinks or about some stupid treaty? What the rest the world thinks is only important when we give dignitaries unworthy gifts or bow to them. Things like that result in not getting invited to important weddings and stuff.

That is only part of the story. Paul Harvey told me it is also because he gave the Queen an Ipod with his speaches, Michelle touched the Queen, and The Big O bowed to a Jap or something just like all the other Presidents did but they were not black.

Yes. and Ronnie did her and Maggie at the same time. Their spawn is Janet Reno who did half the Royal Fleet during his tour.

The US used the broken treaty reason, among others, to go to war with Iraq.

So you're saying we should increase the Defense Dept budget so that we can militarize the Mexican border in preparation for the impending Mexican attack?

Nope, we've just got a selective idea of what constitutes treaty compliance based on American exceptionalism.

The Neville Brothers did it much better. Dylan speaks some kind of bizarre uninterpretable language.

No. Mexicans are good Catholics. Except when they are rapists and murderers. Those are serious point deductions.

One thing we do agree on...

Once upon a time you dressed so fine
You threw the bums a dime in your prime, didn't you ?
People'd call, say, "Beware doll, you're bound to fall"
You thought they were all kiddin' you
You used to laugh about
Everybody that was hangin' out
Now you don't talk so loud
Now you don't seem so proud
About having to be scrounging for your next meal.

How does it feel
How does it feel
To be without a home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone ?

You've gone to the finest school all right, Miss Lonely
But you know you only used to get juiced in it
And nobody has ever taught you how to live on the street
And now you find out you're gonna have to get used to it
You said you'd never compromise
With the mystery tramp, but know you realize
He's not selling any alibis
As you stare into the vacuum of his eyes
And say do you want to make a deal?

How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone ?
You never turned around to see the frowns on the jugglers and the clowns
When they all come down and did tricks for you
You never understood that it ain't no good
You shouldn't let other people get your kicks for you
You used to ride on the chrome horse with your diplomat
Who carried on his shoulder a Siamese cat
Ain't it hard when you discover that
He really wasn't where it's at
After he took from you everything he could steal.

How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone ?

Princess on the steeple and all the pretty people
They're drinkin', thinkin' that they got it made
Exchanging all precious gifts
But you'd better take your diamond ring, you'd better pawn it babe
You used to be so amused
At Napoleon in rags and the language that he used
Go to him now, he calls you, you can't refuse
When you got nothing, you got nothing to lose
You're invisible now, you got no secrets to conceal.

How does it feel
How does it feel
To be on your own
With no direction home
Like a complete unknown
Like a rolling stone ?

Well, aren't you a self-absorbed blowhard. Just because the man doesn't speak in the way you fancy educated person thinks a person should speak, right away he's just not good enough for you. That's the problem with pretentious a$$holes like you, you think you are better than everyone else even someone who is as talented as Dylan is. You just lift your nose and walk away because his words aren't as 'intelligible' as yours. Well, we here in real America are sick of you and yours elitism. Paging Tailgater, please pick up the white courtesy phone. We've got ourselves another smarty pants!

No, I like France, although the people do suck most of the time. It's obviously a Tailgater copycat.

And I've seen the Neville Brothers a few times, and Aaron Neville a couple time solo. I can't STAND the way Aaron sings. Sounds like he's standing on a huge vibrator.

Maybe as a songwriter but that mush-mouthed whiner sounds like he has a dish rag stuffed in the back of his throat. I like his songs...I just don't need to hear HIM singing them! Everyone who does them, does them better than HIM! Cats mewling can carry a tune better. He makes Eddie Vedder seem like Pavarotti.

Mr. Zimmerman started using Hendrix's version after hearing it. He even thought it was better played that way.

Take a clue from Bobby...others do his work BETTER!horse

When you're a professional student you have to break out the big words and use them. Besides, who likes his usual "f*ck off" or "@sshole" anymore?

You'd better lay off him before he goes all Jersey on you HD!
