The only way it could change would be a MAJOR low and middle class takeover of politics. Would take either decades and decades or longer or a revolution with the have nots taking down the haves. But, the haves won't let that happen by bribing the people with just enough to keep things going If it does happen,the new leaders will become equally corrupt in a matter of years. Human nature. Power corrupts. None of this will really ever change. i don't condone it all, but i just don't think there will ever be away out from under the yoke.
