As for killing those babies, unless they prosecute the co-conspirators he shouldn't get the death penalty. Who are these co-conspirators? The mothers of those children that came to this doctor to get rid of their babies, Like paying for a hit on someone, they conspired to murder. If it wasn't for them, there would have been no dead babies.
I'm not defending this guy, they story make me cry. When he started out doing abortions it was in the early stages of pregnancy. Back in a time women were dying all the time from back street abortions. Over time, it got later and later into the pregnancy, each time a desperate mother asking him to kill her child. I don't care who you are, after a while that has to mess up your mind. Again, it's no excuse for what went on in the clinic, but it might explain how it ended up where it did. what difference do co-conspirators have to do with his guilt and punishment ?? he did what he did ... btw, he kept Fetus' in jars and did what he did for money,, The reason why he did it means nothing,,, wheel,
