Maybe you should share some actual recipes... Sure dude. I work construction, but due to my allergies, I've had to create my own recipes. Here's one I made a couple nights ago.
BROWNIES1/2 cup Earth Balance natural buttery spread, melted (corn, soy and dairy free)
1 cup of my proprietary sweetener blend (coconut palm sugar, Xylitol, Erythritol)
2 eggs (the one allergan I don't have problems with)
1 tsp unsweetened vanilla extract
1/3 cup Chatfield's carob powder (caffeine free)
1/2 cup Hodgson Mill gluten free pancake mix (whole grain sorghum four, brown rice flour & flax meal)
1/4 tsp salt
Mix everything together, and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
