It was a mentally sick individual who perpetrated a heinous killing spree amongst unarmed troops in a gun free zone thanks to idiots who make regulations to pacify politically correct idealogues.

Which is the same thing the last guy did, but he blamed it on his love for allah, so that there's tear-izm. Or something like that.

That it happened twice in the same place is beyond shameful.
