Proven as a multi-tasker within this discipline, as I occasionally simultaneously placed a flame to the end of a paper tube filled with shredded tobacco and produced smoke."

That kinda resume?

The spin from the administration is that we negotiated this deal with Qatar.

Qatar negotiated with the Taliban, on our behalf, so technically, we did not negotiate with terrorists. Pfft!

I'm sure the administration is pleased that this story has kind of put the VA scandal on the back burner for a while.

I think there's more to the story. Where's Jay Carney? If we sent him over with the Tali guys it may have been worth it.

Thanks rfenst. Ain't far off from some of what I've had to look at over the past 27 years of hiring folks.

Sure, let's release 5 high-profile prisoners to get a soldier back who deserted his unit so we can legally file charges and discharge him from the army. Yep, that makes sense.

Sounds like a HBO series. Are we sure he isn't "brainwashed" and returned to the US to commit further crimes.

But the Prez is sorry, so it should all be OK now.
