FWIW, the actual ruling was a really good one. It's very rare that the entire court agrees in a matter where civil liberties and police action are at odds.

True and the recess appointments B'slap was unanimous too. Gee, maybe some those right wing conservative wing nuts know a thing or two about freedom and following the Constitution.

any respectable hacker can copy everything on your cell phone from
15 feet away on or off in less time then it takes to sneeze..

I think his gist is that no matter what the law is, your cell phone data is accessible to all/others.
