Yup. I tried their "Ghost". Holy crap, after many turds, finally I was smoking a GOOD Gurkha! I smoked another, still great! Wow.
Then I told my buddy about them, about 3 months later. He and I each bought one, and we smoked them together. Total crap. Apparently during those 3 months, they'd either dumbed down the blend or they'd licensed the Ghost line to some other manufacturer who began making a feces-like version.
And remember, I had tried many Gurkhas over the years (mostly CigarFest freebies, I wouldn't BUY them with actual, useful MONEY!) and they were all schitty... it took ALL THAT to find ONE decent one, then they crappified THAT one, too, shortly after I found it.
Just stay away, seriously. There's a reason the brand is a laughingstock among knowledgeable cigar guys.
