in my opinion you should subtract it from payouts and not eat it.

no championship tiebreaker???

Probably reverted to total points for year or whatever was set. Not sure they give you an option for different tiebreaker for playoffs.

Maybe consider allowing fractional points next year?

Espn standard tiebreak in playoffs is higher seed wins.

also have heard of qb points, bench points, used but not a default option

I'm not sure there is a perfect answer. A tie is awful. My thoughts are fractional points make them less likely and give your player credit for all production.
