Cable was insanely expensive. Lowest package was over $100/mo. I cancelled that in 2011-12ish. Everyone says call Comcast and you'll get intro price again etc. It didn't work that way. I called, asked if I could get bill reduced and they said your intro pricing expired. So I said cancel it, and they did.
Don't miss it. But I rarely watch TV. Really only watch SouthPark and Family Guy, maybe some other Cartoon Network stuff but most of that is available on Adult Swim website.
Had Netflix, but then my favorite shows left Netflix for Hulu, so now we have that. Really don't care to watch anything new. I've rewatched all my shows many times over, still enjoy em. Typically watching something means it's on the TV while I'm doing something else.
Redbox for new movies.
Antenna in the attic for TV.
Still paying $100ish a month for internet, Comcast won't reprice that - we've called at least twice. Zero other options where I live unless I want satellite (I don't)
