If I don’t hear back soon it’ll be chargeback and BBB complaint city. I don’t have time to mess around with lazy/uncaring business owners...it’s shame too because I’ve placed and been happy with multiple orders over the last year or two.

They are not lazy and uncaring.
They put in a lot of effort into taking your money, so they can't be lazy.
They take great care of the money they get from you, so they cannot be uncaring.
I only wish there was some kind of explanation for their lack of service. My local brick and mortar closed because of some thing called COVID-19. Maybe that is causing problems at CBid, I'm just guessing.
Chargebacks are a real thing, if you have had enough, do it.
