You can simply call up your credit card company and say
"they haven't shipped my order in a month and won't answer my calls, please reverse the charges." This will work fine with any credit card issuer worth a damn.
So what exactly is your problem? Make a 2-minute phone call, remember to never shop here again, and your problem is gone.

In dollar terms, I've ordered five figures worth of cigars from this company over the last 15 years, comprising hundreds of individual shipments. I think I had 2 problems ever, both resolved quickly and courteously.
Still waiting to see that "fraud" part.... I suspect I'll be waiting forever.
