Another Cigarfest order that was packaged poorly? I had one sent and returned to CI and never heard anything...after 3 weeks I called as soon as the phone lines opened up and they promptly sent a new order that was received the next day. Glad they took care of it, but why did I have to call to start the process?
Two more orders were placed, one arrived crushed and I kept it, the other arrived looking like a bear chewed the side of the box apart and somebody just put some clear packaging tape on there to cover that spot. And I’m sure whoever ordered these same Cigarfest packages had the same exact poor packaging. Inexcusable for a company that packs and sends as many order of delicate goods as they send out.
