Maybe this will get someones attention... The 5 pack was a mold trap. I put these in my humidor in varying locations (two in top rack, 3 in bottom rack) mixed in with a lot of smokes of varying types. Humidity high 60s.... I checked in the other day and the top EP Carillos were molding from the inside out... I checked all my other smokes and the EP Carillos are the only ones with mold on them... CB customer service hasn't responded to make this right.

Next time, don't risk your entire collection with out at least first segregating new cigars for a while- in a different humidor.
Shame on you

Oh... I was going to guess plume...

Not sure if I've ever seen cigars plume from the inside out though.

*sigh*

The Forum gods take months to approve all pictures. Stop thinking your issue is the premier customer service issue for the organization.

Let's get a few things straight.

A. Customer Service does not monitor these forums looking for complaints to address. Hell, I doubt they even come here looking for compliments. In case they do, though: Amanda, you rock!

B. You ordered a 5 pack of cigars from a bargain basement auction site. You received said 5-pack, albeit in a less than desirable condition. This is not going to be a "case study" presented to the vast customer service industry at their annual convention in Boca Raton this year. Hell, it won't even get written up for consideration.

3. Pick up the phone, call customer service and wait on hold for an hour. Your call is valuable to CBid and will be answered in the order it was received. When they pick up, don't complain. Offer the rep a reasonable solution and they will make it right.

I called last week and Shana picked up the phone. I didn't even have to wait.
