Yesterday I enjoyed my last bottle of Ledger David 2018 Primoris, easily my all time favorite white wine. I was really shocked how well this aged, I normally drank these fairly quickly as a wonderful summer wine or with cheese and cracker and cured meats.
The mineral bite was softened and the melon note was barely perceptible but the heat of the abv was great with the mellow sweetness and the peppery mineral finish.
Fricken divorce recked the two finest vineyards we’ve ever had.
