No pictures so it didn't happen?
That laptop was a compromise anyway and I just should have bought a new one, so I did. But, the money lost hurts to the bone. So, I treated myself to:

HP Envy 14"
Windows 11
1TB
16G Ram
I-7 13th generation chip
Intel Iris graphics card
2 in one (screen folds all the way back on itself and works as a tablet/pad)
Touch screen
And more...

It is what I should have bought from the beginning of this whole saga, but I do laugh about it with everyone who knows. Herfing

Next laptop I get Imma gonna ask the sales person what the rfenster rating is on it….1- not pickaxe proof at all 5- pickaxe resistant 10- pickaxe proof

I Destroy every dead computer/hard drive.

Have on them privileged/private client letters, entire sets of pleadings, handwritten notes, expert reports and photos from 33 years of practicing law. I have saved EVERYTHING. So, I am responsible to make sure no one has access to it.

Attorney Client and Work Product privileges, etc., etc.

You could have used BleachBit to wipe your hard drives and hammers to destroy your cell phones as Hilldog did. All incriminating evidence gone forever.

Next time forgo the pickaxe. This will do nicely.
