It's the not having any control or say in the process from the time you park until the time you leave that bothers me the most. Add that to my hatred of crowds and being cooped up in a metal tube with strangers, it's just a horrible experience overall.
I will gladly drive up to 12 hrs over flying. Beyond 12 hours, I'll deal with the bullchit
