Please allow me to 'splain something ... "cap" and "hat" are not interchangeable words that mean the same thing any more than "robusto" and "churhill" are ...
just as robusto and churchill are terms descriptive of cigars of different sizes, caps and hats are different types of headwear ... "hats" have brims that run all around them, while caps have brims only in the front ... Smokey the Bear wears a hat, Yogi Berra wore a cap ... the fellow pictured on the Fuente Website page at http://www.cigarfamily.com/our_cigars.html is wearing a hat ... the headwear being given in conjunction with the CAO promotions are caps ... CAO knows the difference too and consistently refers to them as caps ...
I know some of you may think this to be an insignificant point ... but you would not use incorrect terms to describe cigars and would not hesitate to point out to a novice that he was using terminology incorrectly ... my point is no less well taken.
