I smoked the last cigar out of my grandfather's stash. It was a Charles the Great from Finck Cigar Company in San Antonio, TX. Not the greatest cigar by any means when they're brand new but he died eight years ago and I know he had it for quite some time prior.
It was an absolutely great cigar; it had a great draw and all the harshness mellowed out; it still had a reasonable amount of flavor to boot!
He would have been 95 this past week. Eternal Rest... |
