It's cool. My mom works at the Honda dealership so we get employee/family discounts and assistance without games or delays. . She has it boiled down to two different vehicles and quick test drives will resolve that. I should be out of there in no more than 3 hours. I am just stressed over taking on the extra debt for the next 6 months until she graduates from college.

rain here- just when things were starting to dry out.

Victor, used to be that a special license/permit was required for a still - check it out before you buy.

In Missouri you can drink in the car as long as you are not the driver.
326. Author: victor809Date: Thu, 3/21/2019, 12:39PM EST
And you can drink and drive as long as you shoot at any police who try to stop you.

I learned that in the "Wellcum to Mizzourey" Handbook they give us at the border.

I'm not kidding though,

Any non-driving vehicle passenger thus is permitted to possess an open container and consume alcohol in Missouri while the vehicle is in motion, although 31 smaller municipalities, the largest being Independence and St. Charles, have local open container laws.

or

Missouri law allows for vehicle passengers 21 and older to possess open containers of alcoholic beverages. Drivers are forbidden from being drunk behind the wheel, of course, and though it is against the law to drink while driving, doing so is only an infraction "and shall not be reflected on any records maintained by the department of revenue."

It is a weird law that you can't drink if you are not the driver.....just in case they grab it from you or something... I love drinking while others drive.
332. Author: victor809Date: Thu, 3/21/2019, 2:34PM EST
Not sure I understand that.

Can't drink if you're NOT the driver?
333. Author: teedubbyaDate: Thu, 3/21/2019, 3:15PM EST
I find it an odd law that no one in the car can drink. IE why can't I drink if I am not the driver. It seems to me you are legislating what could happen rather than what is happening.

The way I typed it before is confusing.

I'm still confused.
You typed : "Any non-driving vehicle passenger thus is permitted to possess an open container and consume alcohol in Missouri while the vehicle is in motion, although 31 smaller municipalities, the largest being Independence and St. Charles, have local open container laws."

doesn't that mean a passenger (non-driving vehicle passenger) can drink (consume) while the driver is driving (vehicle is in motion)?

Or am I confued.

That is what it means... I think he's saying it's weird that it's different anywhere else...

I dated my second cousin. I hear only first cousins can marry in Mizzou (I think Drafter told me). Is that the state where you can get married at 14 ?
