Just want to say that CBid has some of the best Customer Service people that I have had the pleasure to call upon. Over the last year or so I had a couple instances where I had to give Trish a call, and she always made everything A-OK. No whining or footdragging, just darn good service. This week I had an opportunity to speak to her cohort in Customer Service, Steve. We quickly straightened out a minor issue (no, not the Bucaneros)and then we had a pleasant chat about the state of cigar smoking in the US. It is a rare combination to get great savings in the products we buy and ALSO get great customer service. Great job people, keep it up.
