I Did a search on the boards and didn't get any hits for this. Just wondering what anyones experience has been with the AF humidor bags? Do they maintain the humidity at 70%? Just thinking of using it to put my sticks in when I go on vacation.

Thanks

They are a fine humidor bag if not a little pricey; they also claim to go 6 months whereas the other bags say 3 months. I prefer to go the cheaper route because I've never left them in a humi-bag for more than a month, opening once a week to get some fresh air in there. Coupled with a strong container of most anything IMHO you can't beat a humi-pouch for no worry humidification when traveling or short trips.

I used them for sending cigars to troops in Iraq.

They work great. I tested the humidity in it for a day or two and it was 70%. The plastic is thick so
it gives a little protection as well. I use an Otterbox for short trips but wouldn't hesitate to go with a Humidipak if I needed more size.

I've used one to store smokes for a couple of weeks. It worked great! That should be perfect for sending smokes to the troops. I wish I had thought of doing that when I sent my shipment out to them... :>)
