Hmmmmmmmm...

Open up the lid of your humi and let her air out some so the humidity falls. When you close her up again, the RH will probably rise some, so you might have to air the humi out a few times.

Also, in the future, don't wet down your credo as much. That might help too.

Are you using 50/50 solution? If not that might help.

If you mix your own PG/distilled water, you might try going with a 75/25 PG/distilled water mixture. That way the credo would tend to be more inclined toward absorbing moisture rather than adding it. You just have to be cognizant of the fact that as the ambient RH begins to drop you would need to go back to the 50/50 mix.

- go to a local sporting goods store -

- pick up a package of dessicant -

- place in humi -

- remove when desired humidity is attained -

- approx 48 hrs to lower at most -

- yep - back for the weekend - came in last night at midnight - flew home to see the wife & kids - leaving again in the morning to go back (again).

- wondering how much longer I have to keep doing this crap .... not enjoying it very much - but at least gives a chance to stock up on some more Perdomo's - ain't nothing quite like herfin' in somebody else's backyard when you're an uninvited guest .... LOL

You all take care - 'prolly be gone for a little longer this time - you'll hear from me in late March - early April next year, so Happy Christmas and Merry New Year to you all in advance ....

Hi,

I agree with the above (jimmy). Alternative, small container of salt.
