Looks to me like a very well made humidor ... with beautiful wood and impeccable construction. You did a job many woodworkers can only strive to accomplish.

Although I don't think I would (or should I say my wife) would go for the 'art' if it were mine ... everyone has their own tastes ... and if you like it, that's all the counts! A lot of time and skill went into that humidor.

More importantly ... how well does it hold the humidity?

One could have the most expensive and beautiful humidor, made with the rarest of woods by the finest craftsman ... and if it doesn't function as it should ... to me it would be worthless for cigars, and be nothing more than a high priced paperweight or container for jewlery and curios ...

But, by closely looking at it ... I'm sure it serves it's intended purpose quite nicely!
