I had to take a picture of the smokes jd1 sent me in our last trade. The trade started out as a "Premium for Premium" trade. It was suppose to be a couple PAMs and a few ISOMs for a couple Opus. This is what this mad man sent me in return! Once again, I tip my hat to you Jerry 🙂 You are one one class act.

I've had the 'old-style' and the newer one with the 'glittery' lettering and border ...

... but I've never seen on that had lettering that went across the 'O' ...

... what does it say? It's kind of hard to make it out from the photo ...

Slim, it says "Bold"

I picked one up last week that had this on the band. I (and the shop owner) thought it was a newer version, but someone here on the board believed that it was older. I implored you to answer on the "Olivia" thread back on the cigar board, but you must not have seen it and must not know. Since I've already confessed my laziness, I'll let someone else find out whether it is new or old.

Wer - you are correct. That is the "New" Oliva Bold. I also picked up one right after jd1 told me about it. Now I have two 🙂 I was jonesing for some Opus and jd said he would do PAMs for Opus. I can get PAMs here for next to nothing but I can't touch an Opus for under $22!!! He is "The Man" when it comes to trading. He told me about the Diamond Crown Maximus and I said I haven't seen one yet. Well, now I have one thanks to him 🙂

You can't get off that easy Penguin. I got pristine condition PAM Diplomaticos for 5 of those Opus and several ISOMs for the remaining high-end smokes you see there. Parti Ds, and several others along with some primo sticks to equal the number displayed.

Kevin is a class act in himself and it's always a pleasure trading with him. He also included a bluesey/funk CD from Squai, a local band. Excellent recording Kevin and the band sounds great. In past trades, Kevin has tossed in several lighters that I'm still using.

The Oliva O Bold is a new blend that is more full bodied than the old blend. I've had one and believe it is a notch above the already great Oliva O standard.

Pleasure trading with Kevin; I'm just making up for past trades where he has gotten the best of me. Enjoy bro!

For you newbie out there. Guess what that trade is worth. Holy ****.

That new Oliva Bold is a GREAT smoke. Definitely a nice change to the natural shade Oliva...a little more flavorful, with a noticeable increase in strength. You will enjoy it.

I'm looking forward to trying the OB
