I like the gal doing the "I'm a paper towel dispenser" imitation. The old if I'm holding em, I don't have to use em trick.

#19 And today's award for the phrase that unintentionally sounds the dirtiest even though it's not goes to...

And TG, Sears bought KMart. Or maybe it was a merger. Some amalgam of suckosity anyway. There is a KMart on the island where I live. Only good news is that you can now buy some Craftsman products at KMart. I haven't tried Craftsman's famous return policy out there yet...when I worked for Sears years ago, we'd beat the hell out of the tools in the garage, and when one broke, we'd walk down to tools and get a replacement. No receipt needed, just that it says Craftsman on it. Pretty good that working in the garage got me a 45% discount.

Greeenfrog,

I was born in Milw where soda is called "soda." Early in my life (like 2nd grade) we moved to Eau Claire where soda pop is called "pop." So I guess I speak both languages.

Now I live in MA so don't even me started on how wicked bad they taulk out here.

What the F is a frappe? Looks like a milk shake to me but what do I know?

Can I get a sub? You must mean a grinder.

Grinder? WTF is that? I'd like a sub, you know, cold cuts with cheese and some veggies... OK, grinder it is. (when in Rome)

Hehehe Found out what happened to the one covered in soda. They got it cleaned up, and now the breakroom at work has a nice 54in. tv.

I grew up in and still live in Northern Wisconsin. We call it "POP", due to the efficiency increase. We save an entire syllable.[-(

Does K-mart even exist anymore? They don't out here, they closed all of the ones in NorCal a few years ago and to be honest with you, I don't pay much attention to the employee uniforms (when you can actually find an employee) when I do go to Wal-Mart, and I don't remember what Kmart uniforms look like, so I just saw a blue shirt and took a guess.

FYI, there are still an S-load of them in NorCal...it's just that "It's so crowded, nobody goes there."

And these are just the ones near Sac.

^Still have Kmarts here in south Jersey. They where bought out by Sears (or was it the other way around?) and many where turned into "Sears Express", which bombed bigtime. Many of the Sears Express have been turned back into Kmarts.

kmarts are just a front for blue light specials.
