I've been sitting here working on a web site for the last 2 hours and grabed a little Fittipaldi Maduro that was gifted to me it has been sitting in MY Humi for awhile now because I was gifted a Fittipaldi (Barber Shop Pole) and tried it and didn't care for it much it had a salty taste to me and I can't have salt nor have I for over 10 years other than what is in the food we buy. So I let this little Maduro sit and sit and Sit, until tonight and I have to Tell You It is GREAT WOW, it blows my mind. It is full of flavor, Deep flavor a very rich tasting smoke it's only about 4.5" long just a shorty but it rates right up there with A/F of this size and wrapper. I don't keep records of what I get and from Whom but I whished I did now so I could Tell the Person that sent it to me How Great it is and How Much I really Love this Gar.. It's the only one that has been gifted to me so If you keep records and have it down then you are the one who sent it and I want to Thank you very very much.. With all the different Gars I have smoked over the years and the last 6 months this is going right to the top of my Fav. List with out a doubt... Thank You Who Ever You Are.. And if you find it was you and you have the record of sending it to me Please let me Know I want to send a Thank You Smoke.. TinMan

Now that I have hoarded 4 boxes! from CI, I have to say, that the Maduro's are one of the best kept secrets around. At least to my simple palate.

I had a few and I liked them but I am partial to the cameroon then the maduro.

Arrived home from work today, and there was the wife... hand on the hip... foot on the box from CI with my 2 boxes of Fitts inside..Damn Columbus day.

Not great when you first get them. I have found that they age well, but need a lot of time to get there. I haven't tried the trophy, but heard here it wasn't bad.
Maybe soon, when I'm off Cbid restriction. LOL
