Picked up the no.5s. All in all a very good blend and complexity. Construction and burn are top notch and you can take this down to a finger burner. I'll let the rest nap till Spring...if I can hold out that long. Nap time should even these out a little.

I just picked up 2 of each size to put away for awhile. I've got a couple of Diamond Crown maduros that I picked up a couple weeks ago. Never had a maddie DC so I'll be trying one of them this weekend.

Picked up two Churchills last night... (one is now in rout to jdouglas)... Now, I'm really looking forward to smoking it... Gotta stop by and pick up a few more before they're all gone.

Actually, I just had the churchill #2 and was very disappointed. The draw was to tight and the flavor was good but definately not better than a vsg, opus, or 1926 or zino plat. stretch. worth trying but not buying again

In HockeyDad's review he wrote: "I noticed two patch jobs on the wrapper."

On a $15.00 dollar stick, I think I'd probably have taken that pup back to the shop where I bought it and asked for a replacement.

I think they're a "nice" smoke, but for less $$, I think I'd rather have a VSG and, for about the same $$ I've had much enjoyment with an occasional Davidoff Millenium.

Seriously, $15.00 is too much to pay for anything but a special occasion cigar that you know you'll enjoy every time you light up.

Definitely too much $$ that's why IMHO the no5 is the better deal. At ~9.50/stick, it's the reason why I have these in the humi.

I tried a Diamond Crown Maximus Robusto. It was excellent!!! IMHO it is ocasionally worth the $$ for one of these fine smokes.

I really like the #4 Toro size I get them for 8.95 I can't afford to smoke them everyday but once a week I light one up. Great flavors. They also get better with a couple of months in the humi.
