I picked up a few of these when I was in Dublin. I haven't smoked one yet and was wondering if anyone here has tried one. Here is the description that I have for it. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Personally, I have not been fortunate enough to sample one, however, I do know that the Torano Family are producing these for Dunhill and, IMHO, the Torano Family are responsible for some of the finest and most consistent cigars on the market today.

Are the toranos rolling the new CAO Maduro(formerly anniversary)??

I guess it's joint CAO and Torano since you bought part of the factory.

Wow...what a great cigar...

Posted this under Penguin's original thread as i was gifted one by the amazing Penguin in my b-day bomb...really did not know what i had 'till after i smoked it...

From past experience i knew Dunhill's were relatively mild...well, cracked open the tube...construction was flawless...cigar felt heavy for its size (corona tubo)...cut it...took a couple of draws and it was pretty much was i thought it would be...

Well, lit it up...started off mild..again totally expected...burn was even...kept puffing and puffing as i could not put it down...did not know what i was tasting...but boy was it to my liking...ash held to two inches...and probably could have gone more...but tapped it off and kept puffing...half way through and getting a little bit fuller...spicier...wow...

By the time i got to the bottom two inches...this baby was nice and spicy...never burned hot...

Needless to say...nubbed it down to about a quarter inch...

Great cigar...

Penguin...thanks for the great cigar...now the only problem is where am i going to find more...

Nice review and I concur. Was gifted one by this generous Penguin a while back and savored it to the nub.
