Had my first Buc (other than the TX Star that lasted 5 minutes due to tunnelling) last night.

Other than having to babysit the burn (which I never can tell if it's my fault or the cigar's fault), it was great. Well made...good flavor (I can't do that hints of cedar and floral aroma review jargon stuff).

Billy I agree great cigar,But hints of floral I have never tasted flowers or choc.Or as I just read in C.A. hints of meat, mushrooms and iodine I swear thats what it said.If I taste iodine in my cigar I'm not smokeing it.But Billy have another buc.and relax(sorry about my raving).....Roy

Tawny in appearance, with an inconsistant draw. The cigar has some cedar and toast flavors, but also a stale, weedy character. A flat finish.

i eat a chocolate chip cookie sometimes before i smoke. that gives me the hint of chocolate flavor.

by the way. don't eat chicken soup before you smoke. it makes the cigars taste like chicken.

I can't believe CA gave it such a **** review... This is a great cigar. It's not the powerhouse that a full sail is, but cigars don't all have to be powerhouses to be good. Amazing. Maybe they've met the management staff?

I had my first Bucanero Z today.
It was a very nice cigar. Nice draw to it, the taste was pretty mellow, compared to what I expected. The only thing I had a problem with was the the burn didn't want to stay even. But then again, that could have been me. LOL!
I had another Bucanero before that I liked, but not sure what it was. It was gifted to me, by a very cool person, I might add. 🙂 and it was a Bucanero maduro with the ship on it, which I am assuming was the Full Sail? I liked it too. 😉
