They have done it again. Above and beyond. I recieved an email this morning from Trish. She informed me that the certification of value, on the cigars, in the lost EMOTR box pass, has been slipped into, the box, with my order this week. I will recieve it on Mon. and will turn in insurance claim, on Mon. or Tues.
My local tobacconist, was going to do it, but his mother is dying, so he is out of state. I emailed Trish, a list of the smokes, in the box, and attatched, the picture I took, before shipping. She was able to give me certified M.S.R.P. on the pass, which exceeds the declared value. I Love Cbid, and their customer support.
