These are a few of the unlucky that drew duty the first night in. Many of you sent 'gars to these young men and women. They appreciated it greatly and I'm trying to get pictures of the herf they had the night before they got in.

Hmmmm, FFG. I spent 5 years on FFG 57. Pretty good sea duty!

It is great to see Navy pics finally LOL. Spent 3 years on CV-41. Battleship gray brings back some fond memories.

I always hated duty the first night in. You get to smoke your cigar, but NO BEER or your honey(s). Really sucks when you pull in off a 6 month west pac.

Yep duty the first night in always sucked but that is why you always had a duty swap chit ready to pull out of your coffin locker.

That does suck. I was lucky enough to get drawn for homecoming day duty when we got back from the NAG at the end of June.

Just kidding - It must suck to have duty the first night back and glad to see our Nation's warriors burning a few down.
