Mystery solved....I was incorrect when I stated that my shipment method was the same. It appears that on those times when I got Saturday delivery (or Monday) that it was shipped by USPS not UPS (and the reason I remember is because it use to wait anxiously for my MAIL MAN in blue and not the UPS man in Brown). Since my return to c-bid all of shipments have been through UPS.

I'm not sure why all deliveries are now UPS, but I'll contact customer service to see if there is any cost difference between the two.

Less than 24 hours for me to receive my shipments. With UPS that is, USPS take longer.

UPS takes 7-10 days to get to me. USPS priority takes 3 days. For me, it is a no brainer if I want them quickly.
When I buy from CI, I pay $5 extra for 2nd day UPS.
