I bought a box of Saint Luis Rey a few weeks ago...Very yellow cello...Man these are good - I can't believe I haven't heard more hype about them...Anyone else like the domestic SLRs?

The general consensus toward this cigar, when it was released, was that it was a very poor re-creation of a San Luis Rey that had been released a few years earlier. It lacked power and complexity. That was a few years ago, and this cigar sat in warehouses until the manufacturer decided to finally clear out the back stock.

Now Caribe Imported Cigars, Jamastran, has really brought back the old, old SLR in the new Camacho Series SLR, which should not be confused with the San Luis Rey '96 that is currently out of production and being closed out EVERYWHERE.

Everywhere is right. I think I saw some at Pets R Us. 🙂
