If you've got to ask ...

... you don't seem to understand that it's not about the cigars ...

... but the camaraderie that develops between very generous and extremely 'class act' BOTL, who take more pleasure in giving than receiving ... and also sharing those cigars with others who may not be able to get those particular treasures as easily.

Which ... I might add ... usually ends up with the receiver reciprocating in more kindness and generosity than ever expected right back at the giver.

In other words ... it's just plain ol' honest to goodenss fun. You develop a lot of great friends that way, and you get to smoke a lot of really fine cigars.

Oh no ... here we go again ... back into the Twilight Zone!

you are right slim, same thing with the guys in the football pool. we are suppossed to "pay" the winner a cigar, but everyone always sends a bunch. it's part of what we all seem to do.
