I can't remember my first winning bid on c-bid. It was a couple years ago or so, who knows. I have had bouts of ODO like everyone else here and have had many packages delivered to my door and have outgrown a humidor, a gloodor, and there's no more room in my locker at the local shop. So, naturally I bid on some more this week. (And even more for next week)

Today my package came, The cigars were looking good. But I had also won a 15-cigar BLACK OtterBox and they sent me instead that special 4-cigar deal in a small RED OtterBox. Of course I immediately fired off a surly, nasty, sarcastic email to Trish.

She responded immediately and is going to send me the proper BLACK OtterBox FILLED WITH FIFTEEN COHIBA SIGLO VI's!!!!!!

She also said I should say something nice on the forum. So, Trish is nice. C-Bid is nice. C-Bid Customer Service is nice. Fast, too.

Now, if only I weren't exaggerating a little about those Siglos. *sigh*

They are very good to deal with, all buisness should be run this well.

What a great crew to have for customer service! Only had one issue in a few years; it's been a while and they took care of it pronto!

That's really funny....I won a 5-pack of La Flor Dominicana #100s (Double Corona size)...CBID sent me #200s. When I asked them nicely to correct that error, their sole response was "Sorry, we're out of #100s; all we can do is refund your bid price." Thanks alot.

Awesome job Trish...wish you would've sent me Siglo VIs instead of that bottle of Macallan 25...but who am I too complain?

I have to agree about Customer Service at CBid . . . . It ROCKS!!! There aren't enough kind words for the service Trish gives us all.
