QUESTION:

Received my box of robusto's yesterday.
The box has a very heavy smell from the paint used on the outside.
Is that normal? Did you keep them in the box?? Did you keep the box with others?? Take gars out and put in humi??

Lowman: They had a little trouble with the help and some of the boxes as well as some Salsa's got wrapped to soon. I have recieved a few like that and per Bucanero just take the plastic off and let them set out for a day or two and they will be fine and then can be placed with your others. I have followed thier advice and have NO trouble with them. It's just a little pain to get the plastic off some times.LOL but it has not hurt the Cigar at all..Tin

My Salsa's, Z's, and Don Douglas's were all like that. I just took the smokes out, let the boxes sit out for a few days and everything was fine.
