If someone was the hypothetically buy a box of Habana Montecristo #4 cigars for $200, is that price OK? Standard? Too much?

Suggest you take this discussion off line - you have surely gathered enough email contacts now to ask those with whom you have had dealings rather then a "Hey Everybody" question regarding Habana product.

Try this... These are the prices in Spain for 2003. Looks like the price there is about $98.00.

I didn't know questions about Cuban products were banned, too.

Cigarick --- most of ALL the cigar forums, not just this one, talking about Cuban cigars is OK and is not a banned subject ...

... it's just when it's taken into the realm of pricing, where to get, etc., that it should be taken to private email.

After all, we are dealing with a product that is against US law ... and you are naive, if you think that 'certain govenment officials' don't monitor these forums to find out information ...

I know this for a fact, because I can't remeber if it was this these forums, or another ... a poster told us he knows people personally who do just that ...

- taste, storage, vintage vs current product, are they really "better" then domestics --- all perfectly ok questions......
When $$$$ are brought into the question or sources for import etc. - much better to seek and receive this wisdom off line.
