Not to shabby at all! Nice bunch of stogies! I would suggest you start off with that Ashton, a nice Port, and a roaring fire... that would be an excellent way to start the new year!!!!

HOOHA!!!!!!

Richman... If your new to cigars you might try the Macanudo first. Some of the others might take your lungs out through your nose.

Nice selection. When I was a newbie, my selection of smokes never looked that good. Most were from the dreaded "T" catalog. LMAO

Have a good New Year.

Not the dreaded 'T' catagogue! (shudders)
I'd go with the suggestion to toast the Ashton, but you'll just want to go get a few more to assuage your palate when you have a less that enjoyable experiment LOL

You can send the Joya de Nics this way if they are too strong for you! A nice mild cigar....NOT!

Forget all that you have heard, take on the biggest and baddest of the bunch 1st! fire up that green band and have some rum, then half way thru it, you'll be in heaven.

gorob23, actually thats what I have been doing either having a nice big rum and coke, or a glass of wine and I jump in the jacuzzi after the kids are in bed!! So far so good. Had my first Fuente tonight and enjoyed it!! SO many cigars and so little time.

Sketcha, about that Portofino I do have the cap off, should I take it completely out?

Thanks

Nah... should be fine with the cap off. That's how I keep similar sticks.
You'll also enjoy that lovely little Onyx you have. A definite after dinner smoke for a cool winter eve.
