Here's a question posed by an old time cbidder to me in an email today...he's in Dubai at the moment.
-------------------------------------------------------

"How much is a Monte #1 in the Tubo going for these days? I've got BUNCHES - of the Cuban persuasion ....."

-------------------------------------------------------

Thank you! I'll relay the comments to him.

*laugh* don't know, but i don't think "one's first born" would be TOO outrageous! j/k 😉 good for your friend, though, and let him know he's in many people's prayers and thoughts -- um, for service to his country, too! 😃

I bought a box not in tubos last year in Gibraltar, and they were $140 US

The Monte #1 is 42x6 1/2 and the tubo is 42x6 1/8. Prices in Cuba are, or were, 3 yrs. ago:
Montecristo
No. 1 6 1/2 x 42 $112.50
Tubos 6 1/8 x 42 $141.25

Thank you!

He's not looking to SELL...just curious as to their value...
